Handstand Hair

Hair inspiration in the latest issue of W magazine. Super excited to try some of these out; Dyeing and cutting hair can be a bit of a commitment so using rags and paint or temporary hair dyes make it more like putting on make-up or an outfit. I have had a bit of a wig obsession too for the same reasons but this is a lot more fun and wont fall off if you need to do any of your favourite summer activities (kartwheels, trampolining, headstands, hand stands etc).

Inspiration: Piers Atkinson

Piers Atkinson is one of the names that I can never remember off hand but one of those designers I see in amazing fashion shoots in magazines and excitedly scramble my eye balls to find his name in the proverbial haystack that is the teeny tiny writing in magazine spreads.

Atkinson grew up in the UK; After studying graphic design and photography at the University of Bristol he worked for some designers in London. He launched his first collection in 2008 and has dressed so many beautiful heads since (Paloma Faith, Kate Moss, Rihanna....).

You can buy some Good Morning Mr Magpie head pieces from the Good Morning Mr Magpie ASOS Marketplace boutique (Click here to see). Every single one is a one-off which makes them sort of bespoke. I'll upload some snappy snaps on here showing them in more detail in the coming days. BUT FIRST check these images out, some are older and some are new but ALL are borrowed, not many are blue X
